Interpretation

• Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service, identified primarily by Your phone number.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Personal Data You Provide

While using Our Service, We ask You to provide certain personally identifiable information that is used to create and operate Your account and to enable core features of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Phone number — used as Your primary account identifier and for OTP (one-time password) verification during registration, login, and password reset.
• Full name and username
• Email address (optional)
• Password (stored securely using industry-standard hashing)
• WhatsApp number, contact number, and/or messaging number — used to populate contact options on Your listings
• Profile picture
• Ownership or supporting documents uploaded when creating a listing (e.g. to verify an ad or an unverified user's listing)
• License plate listing details (plate number, plate type, licensing center, price, price type, transfer fee type, plate status, and any contact methods You choose to display)
• Coupon codes You apply and payment-related information associated with featured listings
• Reports You submit about other listings, and any messages You send Us

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser or app version, the pages or listings You view, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent using the Service, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service through a mobile device, We may collect information automatically, including the type of mobile device You use, Your device's unique ID, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser You use, and other diagnostic data.

Device Tokens & Push Notifications

If You enable push notifications, We collect and store a device-specific token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) together with Your device type (Android or iOS). We use this to send You notifications about the status of Your listings, offers, and general announcements. You may disable push notifications at any time through Your device settings.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including creating and managing Your account, publishing and managing Your listings, and processing favorites, reports, and coupons.
• To verify Your identity via OTP sent to Your phone number, and to review supporting documents submitted with certain listings.
• For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance, and undertaking of any purchase or featured-listing contract You enter into with Us through the Service, including payment processing.
• To contact You: by SMS/OTP, push notification, email, or phone regarding account activity, listing status changes, security updates, or other service-related communications.
• To provide You with news, offers, or general information about services similar to those You have used, unless You have opted out.
• To manage Your requests and reports, and to respond to support inquiries.
• For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets.
• For other purposes: such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, fraud prevention, and improving the Service.

Sharing Your Personal Data

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

• With Service Providers: including our cloud file storage provider (Cloudflare R2), our push notification provider (Firebase Cloud Messaging), and payment processors, to operate and improve the Service.
• For business transfers: in connection with or during negotiations of any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business.
• With Affiliates: in which case We will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.
• With other users: information You choose to include in a public listing (such as Your name, contact numbers You select to display, and profile picture) will be visible to other users of the Service.
• With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.

When You delete Your account, We deactivate it and mark Your listings as pending/hidden from public view rather than immediately erasing all records, so that We can meet legal, security, and dispute-resolution obligations. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except where needed to strengthen security, improve functionality, or comply with a legal obligation.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices in Jordan and may also be processed by Service Providers located outside Jordan (for example, our cloud storage and push notification providers). This means Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside Your jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy, followed by Your submission of such information, represents Your agreement to that transfer. The Company will take reasonable steps to ensure Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete Your account, or to request that We assist in deleting Personal Data We have collected about You.

You may request account deletion from within the app's account settings. When You do, Your active listings are set to pending/hidden, Your favorites and reports are removed, and Your account is deactivated. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information You have provided to Us.

Please note that We may need to retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by Jordanian law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing, authentication tokens are used to secure API access, and uploaded documents are stored on secure cloud storage. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 and is not intended for use by minors, as it relates to the sale and purchase of vehicle license plates. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If You are a parent or guardian and are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.

If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from a minor without appropriate consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers and deactivate the associated account.
